For claiming the return/refund/exchange, the customer has to comply with the following conditions –
All items are checked before dispatch to avoid return in case of damage.
Our Returns & Exchange policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your receipt of the order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a Return /exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. (Except for the outer courier partner packaging)
Please note we do not commit any return/ refund/ exchange in cases of weaving artifacts such as weft direction faults, loose weft, warp streaks, tight or slack pick, tails out, etc.
Products with perfumes or body odor are considered used and are not fit for return or exchange.
Please do not send back any item without consulting with us.
Sarees with detached blouse and Fall-Pico done are non-returnable.
To initiate a return, please write to us at maanihandloom@gmail.com, with complete information – Order Details, the reason behind your intention to Return /Exchange the product with photographs. This should be done within 3 days from the date of receiving the products for us to assess, validate and accept or decline a return.
MAANI reserves the right to refuse a return / exchange if found not valid, in which case the relevant reasoning will be provided to you.
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
MAANI cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs to the saree after purchase due to rain, overuse, stains and other normal wear and tear.
REFUNDS
Refund, if any, shall be made at the same issuing bank through which the Product was purchased, using the same payment mode. Refunds are processed within 7-10 working business days after receiving the returned product back in good condition.
A customer is entitled to refund only in case of defective/damaged product. Please note that no refunds shall be allowed if the customer is dissatisfied with the color, size, shape, quality of the product, only exchange is allowed in such cases.
For all cases of exchange, there will be no refund. Customer can exchange an item for another with same or higher value. In all such cases, shipping charges are to be borne by customer only.
CANCELLATION
We start processing your order as soon as you pay for the same and hence we do not encourage any cancellation of orders.
maanihandloom.com reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

If you provide an incorrect or an incomplete details (customer’s address, street number, landmark, pin code, etc.) while placing the order.

If an area falls under “non-serviceable zone” or “out of delivery area” by our logistic courier partner even after placing the order in that case order can be cancelled by us.

In case of wrong product specs listed on our website (Errors in Price, Specification, Quantity, etc.)

The product is unavailable. (runs “out-of-stock”)

Suspected fraudulent information.
